  • The offer is valid for purchases made by individual consumers only
  • The offer is applicable on select Inspiron Windows and Non – Windows Laptop and Desktop.

REDEMPTION PROCESS:-

  • Registration requires submission of following details:-
  • Name
  • Postal Address
  • Email id and contact mobile number
  • Scan copy of invoice
  • Service tag detail
  • Scan copy of valid government id proof.
  • Post registration validation eligible participant shall receive registration approval intimation on their registered email and SMS within 3 working days and the amount is required to be paid as expediency charges. The expediency charges will be required to be paid through the payment gateway within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the registration approval mail.
  • The payment gateway link will be provided in the registration approval mail.
  • Upon realization of payment according to offer selected (towards expediency charges, depending on the model of purchase) you will receive email regarding the payment acknowledgement and also providing the time lines regarding the offer goodies activation.
  • The Insta E- Voucher, which will be sent to the registered phone number and email id.

  • Warranty and the related T&Cs for the Dell Festive Offer kit provided will be responsibility of the respective Goodies manufacturer.

Important Time Lines:-

  • Offer Period- 15th September 2017 to 20th October 2017.
  • Registration to be completed within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Purchases made on 20th October 2017 are required to register on or before 27th October 2017.
  • Post registration approval mail, eligible customers are requested to make payment of the expediency charges as per the Redemption Guidelines within 7 days from the date of receipt of the communication.
  • Any issue regarding claim offer or gift if not registered within 25 calendar days of registration, it will be considered closed. No query will be entertained for that reference number later. Any registration issue should be raised within 5 days of purchase of machine

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

  • The Dell Festive Offer is being offered by Dell India for customer purchases of its Dell PC (Laptops and Desktops mentioned below) made in India through the www.compuindia.com
  • For offer eligibility, mandatory registration is required on www.dellfestiveoffer.co.in as per the Offer Redemption Guidelines.
  • Registration done post the stipulated period will lead to automatic disqualification and Dell will have no liability of the same.
  • Providing incorrect or insufficient details at the time of registration, will lead to automatic rejection of the offer entitlement.
  • Mandatory for Customer Name and Service tag to match with the details provided at the time of registration.
  • Validation of the details and document provided at the time of registration will be completed within 3 working days from the date of submission.
  • Post registration acceptance confirmation, eligible participants are requested to make payment (According to the offer selected) as per the Redemption process guidelines, failure to adhere to same would lead to automatic disqualification.

  • Invoice should clearly mention Customer Name, Date of purchase, Complete Model Number, Service Tag, Operating System, Graphic/Non Graphic
  • Purchase invoice and id proofs should be in a proper readable format, failing to do so would lead to offer entitlement being automatically rejected.
  • Any warranty related query/complaint can be only raised within 30 days of registration done under the promotion.
  • Offer entitlement or rejection will be intimated through the registered email id and mobile number only.
  • Invoices issued in favour of organizations or companies will not be eligible for the offer.
  • Standard warranty is applicable from the date of manufacture.
  • Only NBD support would be provided with this offer.
  • Out of warranty and imported systems are not part of the offer and Dell has no liability on the same. It is the liability of the customer.
  • Additional warranty will be effective for 2 year starting from the date of expiry of 1st year (as seen on www.dell.co.in)
  • Additionally Dell Next Business Day Onsite Warranty is over and above the standard warranty and the same shall be applicable for 2nd and 3rd year from the date of manufacture.
  • Additional Warranty DOES NOT include Accidental Damage Protection Services.
  • Any additional warranty is not available on products that come with 2 Year in built warranty for INSPIRON 5559/ INSPIRON 5558/ INSPIRON 5458/INSPIRON 5455/INSPIRON 5555/ INSPIRON 5459/INSPIRON 5547/
  • Any additional warranty purchased shall not be for 4th and 5th year extension.
  • Customers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer.
  • Cash redemption is not permissible in this offer.
  • Post redemption process, claims or orders cannot in any manner be cancelled or modified.

  • In the event of non-availability of the E-voucher or any other goodies, the eligible participant will be provided with other items as per the sole discretion of Dell.
  • Warranty T&Cs for the Goodies provided will be responsibility of the respective Goodies’ manufacturer and Dell will be not liable or responsible to resolve any issues related to the same.
  • Neither DELL nor its partner will be responsible or liable for the voucher being misused on account of the recipient sharing the Gift Voucher details with anyone either intentionally or by accident.
  • No request for sending a duplicate gift voucher would be entertained
  • Customers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer.

  • All applicable taxes shall be borne by the eligible participant.
  • Dell shall not be liable to provide any refund or relief to participant in the event where the voucher is not redeemed during the offer validity period. Dell shall not be liable to provide any relief if the goodies are not received by the customer during the stipulated period.
  • The decision of Dell on any matters in relation to or arising from the offer shall be final and binding.
  • Dell reserves the right to reject any offer application if the criteria for qualifications are not met.

Other terms:-

  • The holder of the voucher number is deemed to be the beneficiary
  • Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the voucher before making a purchase only valid vouchers at the sole discretion of TITAN shall be accepted for redemption
  • Multiple Gift vouchers cannot be clubbed for a single purchase
  • Partial redemption is not allowed, single time usage only.
  • No refund or credit note would be issued against unused or partially used voucher
  • Not valid for in-store offers.
  • Not valid on Zoop & Nebula
  • Redeemable at World of TITAN outlets across India.
  • Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired
  • TITAN/ affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the voucher number and the voucher getting redeemed on that account
  • The Brand may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the voucher
  • Vouchers will be accepted across all outlets mentioned, but TITAN at its sole discretion may add or remove an outlet from the list without giving any prior notice
  • TITAN make full efforts to accept voucher, but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept a voucher
  • This voucher cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates TITAN may add or delete any date on its sole discretion
  • TITAN or any of its partners would not be liable for any form of compensation etc on account of an outlet not being able to accept the voucher. The customer would be liable to settle the Invoice
  • If a voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue the voucher would be usable only post 72 hours

Book My Show Gift Voucher:-

 

  • Validity: 6 Months
  • Value: INR 2000
  • Acceptance: Voucher valid PAN India across all Cinemas/Partners associated with BookMyShow

Other terms:-

  • Customer has to make a booking at least 1 day in advance
  • Customer can use this voucher only two times
  • Vouchers to be locked to the 1st email id & mobile number used during transaction
  • Voucher can be redeemed on purchase of tickets for only Movies on BookMyShow Website/Mobile App and cannot be redeemed directly at the Cinema/Venue Box Office
  • Tickets can only be booked for Movies on BookMyShow site and on BMS mobile app for all day all shows
  • Voucher will only be adjusted against the ticket cost. Convenience fees or any additional amount transaction to be borne by the voucher user if any.
  • Vouchers can be redeemed only on BookMyShow Website/Mobile App and cannot be redeemed directly at the Cinema/Venue Box Office.
  • Vouchers work on non-extension clause and order once confirmed cannot be Cancelled or Refunded.
  • If lost/misused, the Winpin Voucher cannot be replaced. Void if resold, cannot be exchanged for points or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.

  • Validity: 6 Months
  • Value: INR 2000
  • Acceptance: Booking on - Flights/Hotels/Holidays (Domestic/International) at Yatra.com
  • These Vouchers are valid for booking on - Flights/Hotels/Holidays (Domestic/International) at Yatra.com
  • This Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by Yatra.com
  • No additional discount / reduction in the price will be entertained other than the offer mentioned on the voucher. In case if a purchase is less than the voucher value then customer can avail the discount maximum to the voucher value only & balance voucher amount will be forfeited
  • Vouchers are cumulative. Two or more vouchers can be clubbed together to make a booking for offline redemption.
  • Flights/ Domestic Hotels can be redeemed online using the travel voucher promo code (Re. 1 will be charged for processing the same).
  • For offline redemption, vouchers shall be redeemable by calling 0124 – 3040707 (dedicated help desk).
  • For domestic flights, Customer will have to pay a convenience fee of 180 /- for one way and 300/- for a round trip.
  • For International flights, customer will have to pay a convenience fee of300/-.
  • Each Travel Voucher can be used for one transaction only.
  • User has to quote the unique voucher number at the time of booking to avail the benefits.
  • Any applicable government taxes/excess tour cost shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceed the voucher value)

  • If a voucher is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or Compensation.
  • Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms & conditions of Yatra.com.
  • Yatra.com is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between date of redemption request placement and date of using Travel Voucher during booking.
  • No change or cash can be taken in exchange of this voucher.
  • In case of cancellations, Travel Voucher amount will not be refunded back to the customer.

Reliance JioFi Offer:-

  • The Offer and the benefits there under shall be made available by RRL and RJIO to the Customer.

 

Definitions:-

  • “Customer” shall mean the Dell Customer who have opted for the Offer.
  • “Entitlement Period” shall mean the period starting from date of activation of SIM in the Product till 31st Mar, 2018.
  • “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Customer under the Offer as shown herein-below.
  • “Offer” shall mean a limited period offer called “JIOFI - Dell Festive offer”.
  • “Product” shall mean a new JioFi Device.
  • “Recharge Cycles” shall mean validity period of recharge as per the tariff plan.
  • “RRL” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited and its Affiliates.
  • “RJIO” shall mean Reliance JioInfocomm Limited.
  • “Recharge” shall mean recharge performed of 309 or above.
  • “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.

Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)

  • To avail the offer, Dell customer needs to register on www.dellfestiveoffer.co.in/ganesha
  • The Customer will procure Jio SIM either by home delivery option (Call 18002002002 to schedule home delivery) or by visiting to nearest Jio Store, Reliance Digital or Jio retailer. To locate nearest Jio Store, visit www.jio.com/Jio/portal/storeLocator & follow below given steps:
  • To get Jio SIM activated along with Jio Prime, the Customer will have to complete activation formalities and choose any one of the four options given below:

              Option 1: unlimited voice + 2GB data + 300 SMS every 28 days for 12 recharge cycles.

              Option 2: unlimited voice + 1GB data/day +100 SMS/day every 28 days for 6 recharge cycles.

              Option 3: unlimited voice + 2GB data/day +100 SMS/day every 28 days for 4 recharge cycles.

              Option 4: unlimited voice + 60 GB data +100 SMS/day every 60 days for 2 recharge cycles.

  • Customer is required to insert the newly activated SIM inside the newly purchased Product to start enjoying the Offer Benefits.
  • An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, recharges his/her RJIO subscription, by availing the Recharge, shall be entitled to additional 5GB 4G data voucher (“Additional Data Voucher”) per Recharge.In addition to above, Customer who during the subsistence of the Entitlement Period recharges his/her RJIO subscription, by performing the Recharge, shall be entitled to additional 10 GB data voucher (“Additional Data Voucher”) per Recharge for maximum upto 6 Recharges.
  • On each Recharge, the Additional data Voucher will be credited to Customer’s MyJio account.
  • The applicable Additional Data Voucher would be credited to the account of Customer within 48 hours of Recharge.
  • Whenever any Additional Data Voucher is redeemed during any Recharge cycle period, the benefits attached to such Additional Data Voucher shall be limited to that Recharge cycle period and any such benefits that remain unutilized at end of that Recharge cycle period, will expire and be forfeited.
  • An applicable Additional Data Voucher that is not redeemed within the Entitlement Period shall expire and be forfeited.
  • Terms and Conditions of the Offer (“T&C”)
  • The Offer shall be open to all the Customers on and from 18th August – 29th August 2017.
  • This Offer is applicable only on Product and New Jio connection.
  • The Offer is applicable only under pre-paid plans.
  • To activate the applicable Additional Data Voucher and avail the Offer, the Customer will have to download the MyJio Application on his /her Product and follow the steps specified below: Open My Jio App -> My Vouchers -> View Voucher -> Recharge my number -> Confirm Recharge -> Successful Recharge Notification Thereafter, the applicable Additional Data Voucher shall reflect under the My Plans section. T&C shall be read concomitantly with the terms and conditions of the Jio Prime membership and the CAF.
  • Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.
  • If the Customer migrates from the Product to any other device, the Offer Benefits shall be discontinued. Accordingly, RJIO shall record the IMEI number of the Product.
  • RJIO recognizes that the choice to be contacted for promotional messages and alerts is that of the Customers. RJIO intends to keep the Customers informed on matters relating to the Offer and any upcoming offers from RJIO for the benefit of the Customers. Accordingly, by availing the Offer, the Customers hereby consents to be contacted by RJIO and such consent shall remain unaffected by and/or accordingly modify the Customer’s registration in the National Do Not Call (“NDNC”) registry under the relevant category stipulated therefor.
  • RJIO reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Customers. However, the benefits accrued to the Customers on or prior to the 

        cancellation/withdrawal of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.

  • RJIO, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions and/or any aspect of the Offer, without any prior intimation to the Customers. The modifications so carried out will be posted on www.jio.com.
  • If any term/ condition under the T&C of the Offer is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such term/ condition shall be severed from the other terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of the Offer.
  • Any claims, issues, damages or losses with respect to the Product shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer of the Product and RJIO (including its affiliates, group companies or parent company) hereby disclaims, any and all claims, losses and liabilities, whether or not arising out of, or in connection therewith and/ or this Offer and the terms and conditions governing the Offer. This disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive cancellation/termination/determination of this Offer.
  • In no event shall RJIO or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.
  • The Offer Benefits are non-transferable.
  • This Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
  • The Customers hereby authorizes RJIO to collect his/her personal information including name, address and mobile number etc and share with its partners so as to enable the Customers to avail the Offer. The Customer’s personal information will be stored and processed in accordance with RJIO Privacy Policy which is available at www.jio.com.
