How do I place an order?

Ordering here is easy. Kindly follow the below steps:

What is my account?

My account helps you to keep a track of all your transactions on CompuIndia. You can

  1. Update  your personal details
  2. Track your order
  3. Receive regular updates on your order

Is it necessary to have an account?

It is not necessary to have an account to shop with CompuIndia. You can shop by providing just your Email ID. Still we recommend you to create one.

How will the order be delivered to me?

We will deliver your shipment at your doorstep via renowned courier companies.

Do I get an order confirmation?

Yes, we send you the order confirmation via SMS and Email.

Do you take orders over the phone?

On receiving your call, we will arrange a call back from our sales team to help you place the order.

How do I check the status of my order? 

You can check all information related to your order by clicking on Track Your Order displayed on top of the page. You can enter your Order Number and track the status. You will get an SMS and Email after booking and once the order is dispatched.

Can I buy more than 1 quantity  of the same product?

Yes, you can. All you need to do is increase the quantity in the final cart page (Only if stock is available).

Can I add an item even after I have placed my order?

Sorry, we do not have that option. You can place another order for accessories.

Can I change my billing and shipping details after placing the order?

What payment methods can I use?

We accept payment through Cash deposit, Cheque, Credit Card (Visa and Master), Demand Draft and Online banking. Orders can also be placed through cash on delivery ( with advance payment done).

How do I pay using my credit card?

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV or CSC number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

How do I pay using my debit card?

We accept debit cards issued by almost all banks in India. We do not accept international debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number. You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

How do I avail Cash Back offer? 

You will receive the Cash Back amount as a refund, in your account / credit card through which the payment has been made, within maximum of 30 working days.

Is there an EMI option?

Yes, We do have EMI option( Both 6 months and 12 months) on select credit cards. Currently EMI option is available with ICICI , Axis, HDFC, HSBC, SBI and Kotak bank credit cards only.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges. However, you will be charged interest as per the charges levied by the related bank.

Is it safe to use my debit/credit card for online purchase?

Your online transaction is completely secure. All credit card and debit card payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Banks in India now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

What is a 3D secure Password?

The 3D secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the “Verified by VISA” and “Mastercard SecureCode” services, respectively. The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will take 3-4 working days for laptop orders and 7–8 working days for desktop orders post payment realization for the order to be delivered at your doorstep. 

Are there any shipping charges?

There are no shipping charges. Price mentioned in the cart is all inclusive. 

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?

You will get your consignment between Monday to Saturday.

Cancellations and return 

Can I cancel the order?

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. In case of cancellation and refund, 1500 will be deducted from the total amount paid as administrative charges.

What is compuIndia’s return policy on ?

-Damaged/Missing part

There could be certain circumstances which are beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / missing product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

Conditions for return:

  1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Products/Items should be UNUSED.
  3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

How will I receive my refund?

Replacements will be provided based on the manufacturer’s standard policies. Mode of Refund will be in the FORM of a/c payee CHEQUE payable at Par. 


Cash on Delivery

* For systems greater than equal to INR 50,000, only 50,000 can be paid as cash on delivery and remaining has to be paid as advance money at the time of placing the order.

* zero advance payment  for systems less than equal to INR 50,000.
